Based on telephony technology, CONTAX IVR II is an easy-to-use visual tool for designers to create and for administrators to monitor and manage call flows for IVR applications. Developers or designers can drag and drop cell icons from the toolbar into the design pane and then click on the pin area of cell icons to connect them so as to form their desired graphical call flow charts. Afterwards the designers can also run simulation to verify, trace, debug and/or edit their existing call flows.

According to your need, CONTAX IVR II can be configured to be application-based, web-based, or both. Web-based configurations allow designers and managers to design, test, edit, and run their call flows from anywhere with a browser and Internet connection. In an application-based configuration, the IVR Flow Designer program is installed on the designers،¦ notebook or desktop computers. The designers design, edit, and test their IVR applications on their stand-alone computers before copying their finished applications to their servers.
